As you enter the basement level, you’ll be greeted by an inviting entertainment area featuring a TV and a bumper pool table, perfect for cozy evenings with friends and family. Additionally, a door makes this room into a private studio, complete with a queen Murphy bed and a convenient full bathroom with shower.

The heart of the home lies upstairs, where a full kitchen and living area greet you with the atmosphere of a home away from home. Gather around the gas fireplace in the cozy living space, or step outside onto the balcony to savor breathtaking views of Grand Lake, Mount Baldy and majestic mountains. Down the hall, you'll find another full bathroom with a standing shower nearest a comfortable queen bedroom. The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, TV, and king bed, promises restful nights after days filled with adventure along with views of Point Park and the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the ensuite bathroom features a jetted tub/ shower combo for some extra R&R. You'll enjoy not one, but two outdoor spaces at this lakeside paradise! The balcony boasts comfortable outdoor living complete with a gas fireplace or you can choose to walk down closer to the water, where there is a second outdoor area offering a table for dining while taking in the scenery. * Please note prior to booking, this home is a part of a shared breezeway from the owner’s home and is otherwise private and completely separate. Additionally, kayaks are available for renters! A release form is required for use - allowing you to explore the crystal-clear waters of Grand Lake at your leisure.

- 4WD or AWD and/or Snow Tires required during winter months. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- This home is Not Pet-friendly - No exceptions will be made.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

We had a great time over labor day weekend. The lake was packed, but the Chalet was the perfect place to kick up our feet and enjoy the views. The owners were awesome too! Definitely recommend and will be booking again.
