Beautiful little cabin located within walking distance to downtown Grand Lake. The spacious floorplan is perfect for a small family or couples offering two private bedrooms and a large kitchen and living area. The first bedroom is on the main floor of the home off the kitchen and offers a queen size bed. Views of the mountains are visible from many windows in the home. The bathroom on the main floor offers an updated shower and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom is also a queen size bed and located downstairs with a private bathroom and gorgeous soaking tub. Enjoy cozy fall nights by the wood burning stove or a fun filled summer day on the lake. WiFi and a Smart TV will be sure to keep you in touch while enjoying all of the beauty that Grand Lake has to offer.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to Grand Lake! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We cannot accommodate weather-related refunds, please plan accordingly.

Nice and clean! Good amount of space for a family of 4. Would have been helpful if in the description they said there were air mattress as we brought our own only to find out the house had them, or if the second bedroom had a twin over full bunk, but we made do as our kids don't like to share a bed. The couch is a bit worn out in spots so if you have a bad back beware. Nice location and the staff at GMR were very pleasant and helpful. We go up to Grand Lake every year and would rent this property again!

Perfect cozy cabin for a RMNP getaway. Cabin is close to town and west entrance to RMNP. Check in was easy and the cabin was equipped with everything our small family needed. A better view of the lake would have been nice but only a short walk away.
